Fibonacci Extension Point(Uptrend & Downtrend):

Manual Fibonacci Extension Point Diagnosis (in case of Uptrend):
We notice the chart below. The chart below shows the three points A, B and C of an Uptrend market. We can see the value of these three points mentioned next to them. Of these three points, point C is the extension point of the part AB, i.e. BC is the extension of AB.

We set the value of the Fibonacci Extension Ratio to be 161.8% and determine the value of the handwritten point and note that the handwritten value is 0.93965 and the actual value obtained from the Chart is 0.93867, here FER = Fibonacci Extension Ratio. We can see that there is a difference of only 9.8 Pips between the value of the hand-determined Fibonacci Extension “C” point (0.93965) and the actual value of “C” (0.93867) in the Chart which is mathematically acceptable.

Manual Fibonacci Extension Point Diagnosis (in Downtrend):
We notice the chart below. The chart below shows the three points A, B and C of a downtrend market, as well as the value of these three points. Of these three points, point C is the extension point of the part AB, that is, BC is the extension of AB.

We determine the value of C point by hand-pen considering the value of Fibonacci Extension Ratio as 150.0% and notice that the value determined by hand-pen is 1.17695. The actual value obtained from the chart is 1.17700, here FER = Fibonacci Extension Ratio. Therefore, we can see in the chart above that there is a difference of only 0.5 Pips between the value of the hand-determined Fibonacci Extension “C” point value (1.17695) and the actual value of “C” (1.17700) in the Chart which is mathematically acceptable.
